We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
Service Description
Zone1 Remodeling is a home improvement lead generation platform that connects homeowners seeking home improvement services with independent licensed contractors. Our services include, but are not limited to, generating leads for:

Zone1 Remodeling is a lead generation service only. We are NOT a licensed contractor and do not perform any home improvement work ourselves. All contractors in our network are independent and solely responsible for the quality of their work.
Homeowner Terms
By submitting a request through our website, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are the homeowner or authorized representative of the property.
You consent to be contacted by Zone1 Remodeling and its contractor partners via phone, email, or SMS.
You understand that Zone1 Remodeling does not guarantee the quality or performance of any contractor.
This is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent.
Contractor Terms
Contractors joining Zone1 Remodeling's network agree to:
Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications for their trade and service area.
Treat all leads provided with professionalism and respond promptly within established timeframes.
Not resell or redistribute leads provided by Zone1 Remodeling to third parties.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in performing home improvement services.
Provide accurate information about their qualifications, service areas, and availability.
Pay for valid leads as defined in the contractor agreement, regardless of whether the job is won.

By submitting any form on this website, you consent to receive marketing communications via automated telephone dialing systems (ATDS) and/or pre-recorded calls, text messages, and/or emails from Zone1 Remodeling and our Premiere Partners at the contact information provided.

Payment & Lead Policy
Zone1 Remodeling operates on a pay-per-lead model for contractor partners. The following conditions apply:

Valid Leads: A lead is considered valid when a homeowner submits contact information and a project description. We do not charge for wrong numbers or invalid contacts.

Prepaid Model: Contractors prepay for a selected number of leads to be received monthly or weekly. No long-term contracts are required.

No Start-Up Fees: Zone1 Remodeling charges no start-up fees or hidden costs. You pay only for the leads you receive.

Refunds: Refund requests for invalid leads must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery and are subject to review.
Limitation of Liability
Zone1 Remodeling is a lead generation platform only and does not perform home improvement services. We make no warranties or representations regarding the quality, workmanship, or performance of any contractor in our network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zone1 Remodeling's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Zone1 Remodeling in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Agreement to Arbitrate
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Zone1 Remodeling's services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Venue
Arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration proceeding against Zone1 Remodeling.
Termination
Zone1 Remodeling reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Contractor accounts may be terminated by either party with written notice. Upon termination, any unused prepaid lead credits will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, subject to review.
